The Innovation and Design Building is a 1.4 million square foot mixed-use complex that provides creative and innovative businesses with the space they need to work and grow. Our white box spaces feature expansive floor planes, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the building with natural light and overlook the harbor and the Boston skyline. Open floor plans allow tenants to design collaborative spaces that work for their business.
